Citat bryggeriet: "Originally developed for bottling, and sold as “Hurricane” as part of a Christmas pack. The beer is named after one of the last Freemines left in the Royal Forest. Morses Level is one of the mines which is fighting the Government for the survival of Freemining in the area without let or hindrance, as has been the custom for the last Millennium. Only legislation can stop the Freemining tradition, something that has never been previously threatened by parliament, and has always been accepted as a unique tradition peculiar to the forest and worthy of preservation . Not even Europe has tried to interfere with the Freemining rights of the Forest. The beer is a chocolate dark brown with a strong presence of floral hop and a characteristic bitter start, balanced by a strong malt character. At 4%ABV, it has the style of a much stronger beer, but the strength allows it to be enjoyed as a session bitter."

Citat bryggeriet: "Winner of two awards in the 1998 beauty of hops awards, this beer was especially brewed to use the "first gold " variety of hops, it has been described (by the award judges) as "orange peel and apricot blossom blended together beautifully" we prefer to say that it is an incredibly hoppy golden beer well suited to all "hop heads" everywhere."

Citat bryggeriet: "A light Summer beer, brewed to combat the Summer onslaught of Europop draught beers, very pale, the beer has a surprising depth of flavour, inspired by a bit of transatlantic input, and using a novel hop variety, which is the predominant flavour, colour circa 10 EBC, bitterness 23 EBU, pleasantly hoppy in finish, perfect for hot Summer weather . . ."

Citat DØE's Festival guide: "Brygget på økologisk britisk malt, humle og Demerarsa-sukker. Den karaktateristiske lethed skyldes demerara- sukkeret, som afsluttes i en let blomsterfinish."

Citat bryggeriet: "Brewed in the traditional style of this historic beer from the days when the sun never set on the British Empire. Historically, this beer was made at around 9% ABV and heavily dry hopped so that it would survive the long shipment to the Indian colonies, now, it is made at 6% to keep the excise bill down, but should sliding scale ever come in look out! We still dry hop. At 50 EBU the IPA is far more bitter than one would normally expect at 6%, but we believe in serious hopping at Freeminer. Pale in colour, with hints of sunset browns in the colour betraying the splash of crystal malts, the single varietal dosing of premium Goldings cuts into the tour de force of serious Marris Otter malts at play with the taste buds. The prolonged dry hopping is very evident in the nose and finish. Do not accept the inferior 4 point something versions of this classic British beer which some other brewers try to pass off as IPA. Winner of the British Hop Marketing Association Gold Medal for the Best Single Varietal Bottled Beer 1997. AVAILABLE IN 500Ml NRB"

Citat bryggeriet: "REALALEALCOPOP!! Something different, real ale base, brewed using a method derived from the traditional "Ginger beer plant" full mash, and using only real ginger, no extracts or artificial flavourings. Unfined, best served cloudy, in the style of a Weisen beer, with a little fresh lemon added when poured, not a run of the mill beer, drinkers fall into one of two camps, they either love this "off road" departure from the pure real ale style, or don’t, but life would be boring if everybody liked the same thing wouldn't it? Cloudy, demorera brown colour, astringent ginger toys with very light hops on the taste buds, and fresh root ginger tickles the tonsils on departure. Featured in The Independent 1994 by M. Jackson. AVAILABLE IN 500Ml NRB. "

Citat bryggeriet: "Dark but light in flavour, well defined aroma of Fuggles hops in the nose, and hints of the lighter side of this complex hop, an excellent Porter for drinkers who enjoy dark beers but are looking for the underlying flavours of a premium strength beer, rather than the lower gravity dark mild end of this style of Classic Northern style of British beer, more akin to the traditional London porter. Dark, roasted malts get a chance to show their softer side as they delicately dance in an organoleptic ballet on the tongue. AVAILABLE IN 5OOMl NRB. "

Citat bryggeriet: " Guardian Bottle Conditioned beer of 1996. Not for wimps! Everything a BCB should be. Packed solid with malt, hops, and oats. Possibly the darkest stout of all time, a single varietal beer, made only with Fuggles hops, packed with bitterness, and brimming with aroma hopping, a deep and complex beer, worth taking some time over, and exploring the Hampton Court like maze of complex flavours. Initially, the dry, biscuit flavour of roast barley attacks the palate, soon to be replaced by the soothing Fuggles balm of rich smokiness, and then layer upon layer of malted oats, rich dark malts, and an unidentifiable eutectic finish of pure stout character. The definitive stout for the discerning drinker, dive in and explore!! AVAILABLE IN 500 Ml NRB A ruby red bitter, made with special coloured malts. A very rich malt character, which gives an impression of a stronger beer than its 4.2% ABV. Made with an American hop variety, the beer is an interesting departure from the norm, demonstrating a wide spectrum of unusual floral flavour notes which appeal to the ale drinker who is looking for something a little more cerebral than the usual session strength style beers. The hop is out there somewhere . . . Originally brewed as a one off, demand has led to permanent production. NOT BOTTLED."
