"A hoppy distinctive beer, the benchmark of the Freeminer style of brewing. Hops abound in this classic beer. Brewed with Goldings and Fuggles hops, which are grown locally at Ledbury, Herefordshire, one of the traditional hop growing areas of the U.K. The beer has a distinctive bitterness at around 30 E.B.U., the colour is a light, digestive biscuit brown. Hops abound and blend perfectly with a balanced malt character, derived from traditionally malted Marris otter malt.
